岡田　千瑞子（おかだ　ちずこ）担当：MBA/LLM/大学院
プロフィール:
大学では社会福祉政策を学び、留学生、高齢者、障害者支援ボランティアに積極的に関わる。実践的な教育に興味を持ち、教育業界でのキャリアを開始。大手受験予備校にて、講師採用＆研修、教材開発、生徒指導を経験。1999年当校事業に参画。マーケティング担当として、テスト対策および出願対策プログラム企画/開発、留学関連イベント等の責任者を歴任。
大学院留学カウンセラーとしては、自身の幅広い業務経験を活かし、キャリアアップとそのための留学として、MBA・LL.M. 国際関係学/開発学や、公共行政・政策などのプロフェッショナルスクールへの指導に強みを持つ一方、大学生や女性のキャリア構築にも興味を持ち、年間約400件の出願指導を実施。受講生の相談内容・課題の本質の分析と的確なフィードバックを得意とする。

後藤　道代（ごとう　みちよ）担当：大学
プロフィール:
Indiana University（アメリカ：Indiana州）大学院言語教育学修士号取得。留学カウンセラー歴18年。1988年より留学指導に携わり、現在までに4000人以上の大学・大学院出願戦略カウンセリングを担当。2007年より当校事業に参画し、海外トップスクールを目指す高校生を支援するプログラムを立ち上げる。
プログラム設立初年度から、ハーバード大学をはじめとするアイビーリーグ校やアメリカ名門リベラルアーツカレッジなど、超難関大学への合格を実現させる。また、大学生の1年間の交換留学や海外の大学への編入、卒業後の大学院進学など、幅広い留学指導経験を生かしたカウンセリングを行っている。また、国際教育関係者の会議や、アメリカ大学審査官の会議、College Boardによるアカデミックカウンセラー向けワークショップなどに参加し、入学審査に関する最新情報とネットワークを積極的に図る。

佐取　永基（さとり　えいき）担当：MBA/LLM/大学院
プロフィール:
Syracuse University（アメリカ：New York州）を始めとする複数の教育系大学院で、アメリカでの国語教育と英語教授法(TESOL)の両分野の修士号取得、及び、New Jersey州ESL教員免許取得。帰国後は、自身の7年のアメリカ留学経験、国際教育の見識を活かし、1999年より大学院留学カウンセリング指導を開始。2001年当校事業に参画。
ビジネスや法律分野に留まらず、様々な学術分野の学生と交流を持った自らの留学経験を活かし、幅広い専攻の指導歴を持つ。また、入学審査情報や各プログラムの情報収集も担当。指導スタイルとして、コーチングのノウハウを取り入れ、出願者の本質部分を引き出すことを得意としている。

林　正樹（はやし　まさき） 担当：MBA/LLM/大学院
プロフィール:
大学院留学カウンセラー歴20年以上のベテラン。ビジネスキャリアとして、リテールビジネスの新規事業企画開発と店舗開発、人材育成に従事。その後、サンフランシスコでの経営幹部ヘッドハンティング事業起業にキャリアコンサルタントとして参画。その傍ら、Part-time MBA Programを履修。帰国後、留学カウンセラーとしてのキャリアを開始。大学生からミッドキャリア層までを幅広く指導。
通算1,000人以上の出願指導経験と、自らの新規事業開発・起業経験を活かした、キャリアアップとそのためのプロフェッショナルスクール留学（MBA、LL.M.、国際関係学等）指導を得意とする。
また、大学院留学カウンセラーとしての傍ら、GMAT/GRE講師としての側面も持ち、多彩な才能を発揮している。

プロフィール:
John is highly experienced guiding clients successfully through the application process.　He has helped hundreds of clients gain admission to top MBA, LLM, IR and other graduate programs around the world. He also has experienced firsthand being an international graduate student, having completed an MBA in International Business Strategy at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo. John maintains close ties to the Hitotsubashi program as a highly-committed alumnus. Prior to leading the counseling department, John managed all test preparation courses taught in English at AGOS JAPAN Inc. John received a BA with honors in English Literature from the University of Toronto, Canada’s most prestigious university. Prior to his MBA, he managed a mid-sized language school chain in Chiba. More recently, he managed several projects at a well-known internet marketing company.

Christina Hanazawa
プロフィール
Christina, an experienced academic and journalist from the United States, is a Senior Counselor at AGOS. She has coached hundreds of clients to develop successful applications and shine in interviews for highly competitive schools in the US and Europe. She grew up in Los Angeles, but moved to New York to attend Sarah Lawrence College, in order to study in one of the best writing schools in the country. She obtained a Master's Degree in Print Journalism from the University of Southern California (USC). While at USC she was the head of an English language program for foreign student spouses. She was also appointed as an assistant lecturer for specialized courses in presentation, writing and interview skills to foreign graduate and Ph.D. students majoring in business, engineering and science. As a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, she has also received a Master’s in Public Development and Management with an emphasis in Public Policy from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. During this time, she not only honed her journalistic skills working for Africa’s largest newspaper group, but also founded a charity mentoring at-risk youth sponsored by major local and international corporations.

Emma Cook
プロフィール:
Emma Cook is an experienced researcher and academic with extensive writing experience. Before receiving a PhD in Social Anthropology with a focus on Japan at the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Archaeology from the University of Liverpool in 2000, and a Masters of Science in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh in 2001. Whilst at SOAS she was actively involved in peer reviews and helped advise other PhD candidates, and she was appointed a Teaching Fellow for undergraduate students. She was most recently a postdoctoral researcher at Waseda University. Emma has had a long relationship with Japan that stretches back to 2001 when she first came here to teach English on an international course at a high school in Hamamatsu city. Most recently, she has been doing research on youth employment and life course expectations in contemporary Japan.

Mengdan Chu
プロフィール:
Mengdan, a former MBA admissions director at a top-ranked US business school, brings tremendous insight and expertise in the MBA admissions process to her role as an experienced and returning counselor at AGOS. With her most recent eight years of tenure on the admissions committee of a top US business school, Mengdan has reviewed and made decisions on thousands of applications from bright and aspiring professionals and students, among them many hundreds of promising Japanese professionals. Mengdan has visited Japan several times as an admissions officer attending MBA forums and tours in Tokyo, conducting presentations at AGOS, and conversing with Japanese students. She holds a BA in English Literature and Linguistics and MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting.

Tomoko Ogura
プロフィール:
Tomoko Ogura is a returning counselor. She received a B.S. in electrical engineering at MIT and an M.S. in Management of Technology at MIT’s MOT/Sloan Fellows Program. She is an engineer and co-founder of an IP licensing company that develops new memory technologies for semiconductor manufacturers. As an entrepreneur, she has been exposed to general management responsibilities, B2B technical sales, license and contract negotiation, patent prosecution, finance and tax planning, and dialogue with bankers and venture capitalists. She has a wealth of writing experience, having published several conference papers and written over thirty patents. Most recently, she is a member of the research staff in the electrical engineering department at Tokyo University.
