Alliance Manchester Business School: Our unique, hands-on approach to learning gives you more client-facing hours than almost any other MBA programme – nearly six months’worth – so you can test theories immediately in real world situations and won’t feel completely removed from the work environment. ESMT Berlin was founded by 25 multinational corporations. The one-year full-time MBA focuses on developing global, entrepreneurial leaders specializing in Managing Innovation and Technology and Sustainable Business. Classes are around 70 students (95% international) each year, run from January to December and are held entirely in English. Approximately 70% of graduates work in Europe each year, mostly in Germany. The degree is an intense, personalized program wherein students discover and constantly re-evaluate their individual managerial styles. The MBA is ranked #8 globally for value for money by the Financial Times, and #15 by Bloomberg Businessweek. Students participate in a 70-session Leadership Competence Development Program, including individual career coaching, as well as an optional International Field Seminar and a one-week exchange as part of the Global Network for Advanced Management. Following the specialization elective courses, students end their studies with a team-based consulting project. MBA Graduates can extend their studies for up to six months in order to complete a social impact project in a developing country: the ESMT Responsible Leaders Fellowship. Graduates provide pro-bono service to organizations or institutions that creates value and social change for the community. On average over 80% of graduates work in Germany each year, thanks to a strong economy and favorable visa regulations.
