“Starting a new business inside an existing, well-established, large and profitable company can be even more challenging than launching an enterprise all on your own. This is especially true if the new business is potentially disruptive to the existing one since it will require time to grow before it becomes large enough to provide a meaningful contribution to the company’s bottom line. However, If you don’t disrupt your own business, someone else will.
