Lecture topic: Global M&A and Cross-Border Considerations Professor Crowley's Bio: Professor Kevin Crowley is an Adjunct Lecturer of Finance at Emory's Goizueta Business School. He joined Emory in 2006 and has taught a variety of classes in the Finance department. Prior to coming to Emory, Professor Crowley worked in the investment banking industry for 14 years at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank. As a Managing Director in New York and Tokyo, he worked with clients on a broad range of corporate events including capital raising, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He specialized in M&A and had a particular focus on cross-border transactions, where he advised corporate and private equity firms based in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia. During his banking career he completed over 30 transactions. Professor Crowley received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1992.
