Adcom interviewers review the application materials in advance and dig deep into the essays and responses. There are reports that when a second-year student ambassador conducts it, only the resume is used (blind). 20–30 min, virtual or in person. A conversational format with a warm atmosphere.

Depth of entrepreneurial goals: Concrete ideas, markets, and actions already taken, and the need for an entrepreneurial thinking and action methodology
Post-graduation country-of-residence plan: Returning home or staying in the U.S., with specific grounds regarding target company names and visa/work-authorization
Your role when not leading: Behavioral examples of actively contributing as a follower or collaborator
MBA funding plan: Realistic, specific funding sources for the total tuition (savings, scholarships, government support, etc.)
