非ブラインド形式。面接はCambridge大学の教員（Faculty）が中心となって実施され、近年はアドミッションズ・チームが担当するケースもある。面接時間は30〜45分。オンラインまたはケンブリッジで開催されるInterview Dayでの対面で実施される。キャリアビジョンやリーダーシップ経験、志望動機などについて深く掘り下げる対話形式の面接である。Individual interview (30–45 min). 入学審査官 or alumni. Non-blind format.
キャリアビジョンの実現可能性：短期・長期のキャリア目標が現実的であり、業界・企業研究やアラムナイとの対話を踏まえて、Cambridge MBAが必要な理由を具体的に説明できるか。
知的好奇心と論理的思考力：教員（Faculty）が面接を担当する場合もあり、想定外の質問に対しても、自分の考えを論理的に組み立て、自身の意見を根拠をもって議論できるか。
協働型リーダーシップ：多くのグループプロジェクトで構成されるプログラムを踏まえ、多様なメンバーと協働し、チーム全体の成果や他者の成功に貢献した具体的な経験を示せるか。
自己認識と説明責任：失敗や困難な意思決定を振り返り、自身の判断の背景や行動変容を具体的に説明できるか。
Depth of career research: show the MBA recruiting timeline for your target industry, alumni conversations, and specific company names
Intellectual engagement: because faculty are the interviewers, your intellectual quality to think logically even on unprepared questions is evaluated
Collaborative orientation: measures whether you can contribute to and praise others, and your fit for the community
Genuine accountability: a failure story does not end with "it was a learning experience" but clearly identifies the specific decision-making turning points.
Alumni contact: able to cite a conversation with a specific Cambridge alumnus/alumna in the target sector.
