非ブラインド形式。面接はAdmissionsのAssociate Directorが担当する。面接時間は概ね30〜60分。対面またはオンラインで実施される。提出済みのアプリケーションを踏まえ、これまでの経験、MBA志望理由、キャリアゴール、Why ESADEなどを掘り下げる対話形式の個人面接である。Individual interview (30–45 min). AdCom or alumni. Non-blind format.
起業家精神・変革志向： 既存のやり方に疑問を持ち、新しいアイデアを行動に移した経験
キャリアビジョンとWhy ESADE： Post-MBAの目標が具体的で、なぜESADEが必要なのかを明確に説明できるか
異文化協働力： 多文化・多様なバックグラウンドのメンバーとの協働、対立解消、橋渡しの経験
リーダーシップ： 権限に頼らず周囲を巻き込み、異なるステークホルダーを動かして成果につなげた経験
自己認識と成長力： 失敗やフィードバックから学び、具体的な行動変化につなげた経験
Cractivism orientation: a concrete example of creative problem-solving—it is ESADE's core philosophy and abstract argument is not acceptable
Specificity of a career in Europe/Latin America: a clear motivation naming the target European or Latin American companies
Cross-cultural collaboration: concrete experience of collaboration, conflict resolution, and bridging in multicultural teams
Self-awareness and behavioral change: whether you can speak honestly and concretely about failure, feedback, and behavioral change
