IMD Business School
通常の個人面接ではなく、オンラインまたは対面のAssessment Day形式。非ブラインドの個人面接に加え、ケースやディスカッションなど複数のIndividual / Group Tasksを通じて総合的に評価される。個人面接ではWhy MBA / Why IMD、キャリアゴール、職務経験、リーダーシップなどを深く掘り下げ、グループ課題ではリーダーシップ、チームワーク、対人関係、状況への対応力などが見られる。A full-day assessment day (about 8–9 hours in person, 2.5–3 hours virtual). Includes an individual interview (45–60 min, non-blind), an individual case presentation (30 min of preparation, 4–5 min presentation with handwritten slides), a group case discussion (about 60 min), a role-play, and lunch with current students (subject to evaluation).

Group dynamics: taking a position, listening, and integrating in a small-group case
Leadership trajectory: a clear career path toward senior roles at multinational companies
Self-awareness and coachability: handling unexpected questions and an attitude toward personal growth
Off-script behavior: conduct in informal settings such as lunch or breaks
