Conducted by alumni, the admissions committee, or current students. 30–45 min. A video essay (3–4 questions, 20 sec to prepare, 1 min to answer) is also separately required. About 80% of applicants receive an interview invitation. Online is the norm.

キャリアビジョンの明確性：短期・長期のキャリア目標に加え、代替プランまで含めて、一貫した論理で説明できるか。Clarity of career narrative: consistency of goals, with short-term, long-term, and alternative plans made specific down to company names and job function levels
人間性・オーセンティシティ：実績や肩書だけではなく、「一緒に学びたい、一緒に働きたい」と思われる人間的な温かさや誠実さを伝えられるか。Lunch-test fit: not an obsession with credentials or rankings, but the human warmth and sincerity that make people want to be around you
