非ブラインド形式。Admissions Committeeのメンバーによる約30分のオンライン面接で、Behavioral Interviewが中心。Leadership、Relationship Building、Influencing Others、Decision Making、Complex Problem Solvingなどについて、これまでの具体的な行動を深く掘り下げる。Why Sloan Fellowsやキャリアゴールについても確認される。面接招待者には、面接前に追加のShort-Answer Questionへの回答が求められる。The interview format is unconfirmed at this time (under investigation). Because it grants the MSMS degree, it is classified as an Executive program distinct from the MBA or EMBA.
General ManagementとLeadership： 経験豊富なリーダーとして、戦略・組織・人材など複数の領域に責任を持ち、複雑な経営課題に対して意思決定し、組織を動かして成果を生み出してきたか

Why Sloan Fellows / Why Nowと将来の目標： すでに豊富なマネジメント経験を持つ中で、なぜ今Sloan Fellowsで学ぶ必要があり、そこで得る新しい視点や能力を卒業後のより大きなリーダーシップの役割や目標にどうつなげるのか
