Conducted by an adcom member, 15–35 min. Multiple debriefs consistently confirm the blind format. When short, it proceeds as a list-style Q&A; when the interviewer is engaged, it can run beyond 35 min. Simon Admissions recommends "preparing as you would for a job-search interview."
