Admissions Committeeによる30分程度の面接で、対面またはZoomで実施される。Why MBA / Why Merage、短期・長期のキャリアゴールを中心に、リーダーシップ、チームワーク、対立、フィードバックなどのBehavioral Questionsが問われる。特にInterpersonal SkillsとCommunication Skillsが面接での明確な評価対象となっている。Application-aware interview (conducted by AdCom), 30–45 min, Zoom or Skype. The essay ("core values and the actions they guided") forms part of the interview's axis. On both ClearAdmit and GMAT Club, "behavioral evidence of core values," "genuine belonging to the community," and "short-term goal and Plan B" have been directly confirmed.
