Interviewers are most often second-year MBAs, with AdCom also conducting them. 30 min (some 40 min). Zoom or in-person at the Westwood campus. Characterized by a warm tone in which the interviewer shares their own Anderson experience.

Think Fearlessly: Concrete episodes of challenging assumptions and demonstrating intellectual and professional courage (the most important evaluation axis for Japanese candidates)

Fit with Anderson and LA: A clear reason for needing Los Angeles based on a specific industry, program, and career rationale
Self-awareness: The ability to candidly acknowledge weaknesses and show concrete behavioral change toward growth
