No recommendation letters required. There is a tendency to ask about USC's distinctive "Trojan Family" community spirit and interest in business expansion into the Pacific Rim.

Trojan CommunityへのFit・貢献： USCの密接なネットワークとpay-it-forwardの文化を理解し、自分もクラスメートやコミュニティにどのように関わり、貢献できるかCommunication ability in the video assessment: structured, conclusion-first answers, and warmth and clarity through the camera (a key Marshall selection criterion)
自己理解とパーソナリティ： レジュメだけでは分からない興味・価値観・経験を通じて、自分がどのような人物なのかを具体的に伝えられるか。直近でも「Something not on your resume」「Passion / hobbies」などが実際に聞かれているCareer specificity and Plan B: specific company names, roles, and alternative plans in LA / the Pacific Rim (a vague "tech industry in LA" leads to rejection)
コミュニケーションと対話力： 短時間で質問に端的に答えるだけでなく、自分から適切な質問をし、Admissionsとの双方向の会話を成立させられるか。直近の面接は質問数が少なく、応募者側からの質問に相当な時間が割かれるケースが多いFit with LA culture: fit with Marshall's collaborative and warm culture, and personal and professional reasons for needing LA
