非ブラインド形式。通常2名の面接官によるパネル面接で、Faculty、Admissions、Alumni、Department DirectorなどCEIBS関係者が担当する。面接時間は30〜40分程度で、英語で実施される。対面またはオンラインで実施され、職務経験、Why MBA / Why CEIBS、キャリアゴール、リーダーシップ経験、意思決定などを出願書類に沿って掘り下げる。Individual interview (30–45 min). AdCom. Non-blind format.
キャリアビジョンとWhy CEIBS： Post-MBAの目標が具体的で、CEIBSの「China Depth, Global Breadth」をキャリアにどう活かすのかを明確に説明できるかSerious commitment to the Chinese market: name specific Chinese companies in the target sector and show why China-based experience is essential.
中国への理解・関心： 中国市場・企業・ビジネス環境への具体的な理解を持ち、中国で学ぶことが自身のキャリアにどうつながるのかを説明できるかIdentify CEIBS resources: name specifically the integrated China strategy project, particular professors, Japanese-language elective courses, alumni, and so on.
リーダーシップと意思決定力： 複雑な状況で自ら判断し、周囲を巻き込みながら成果につなげた具体的な経験Cross-cultural intelligence: discuss the differences in relationship building, communication, and hierarchical norms between Japan and China through your professional experience.
異文化協働力とコミュニティへの貢献： 異なる文化・価値観を持つ人々と協働でき、自分の経験や視点を国際的なCEIBSコミュニティにどう還元できるかAttitude toward Chinese: fluency is not required; show your current level, a concrete learning plan, and how you handle the language in the workplace.
自己認識と成長力： 自分の強み・弱みを理解し、失敗やフィードバックから学び、行動を変えてきた経験Realism of the backup plan: show a concrete alternative career that leverages the CEIBS credential if you leave China after graduation.
