非ブラインド形式。通常は1回、複数の面接官によるパネル面接が実施され、Admissions担当者やFacultyなどHKUST MBA関係者が面接官を務める。オンラインでの実施が一般的だが、希望により対面も可能。Why MBA / Why HKUST、短期・長期のキャリアゴール、職務経験、リーダーシップやチーム経験、HKUSTコミュニティへの貢献などを出願書類に沿って掘り下げる。Two-stage format. Stage 1: an approximately 25-minute conversational interview by a current student or alumnus (blind, assessing fit as a classmate). Stage 2: an approximately 20–30 minute interview by an adcom panel (document-referencing, examining career goals and motivation in detail). Video or in-person.

Self-awareness: specific reflection on failure, feedback, and behavioral change
