ブラインド形式。Admissions Committeeのメンバーによる約30分の個人面接で、通常はZoomで実施されるが、対面の場合もある。レジュメをもとに職歴やキャリアの変遷を確認したうえで、Why MBA / Why Goizueta、短期・長期のキャリアゴール、リーダーシップ、チーム経験、Goizuetaへの貢献などを掘り下げる。Blind individual interview (about 25 min). A unique 1-minute surprise video essay is required beforehand (on Goizueta's own platform, not Kira; no re-recording). The interview itself is short but its content is concentrated.
