Hitotsubashi University ICS (School of International Corporate Strategy)
非ブラインド形式。Admissions Committeeを構成するFacultyがオンラインで面接を行う。提出済みのエッセイや職務経験を踏まえて、Why MBA / Why ICS、キャリアゴール、これまでの経験などを掘り下げるとともに、ICSが重視する思考力とコミュニケーション能力を確認する。A non-blind oral examination (panel of 2 faculty, 30 min). ICS explicitly states it is not an "interview" but an "oral examination measuring thinking and communication ability." Two-stage selection (documents → oral examination). GMAT required (minimum 600+ recommended). The YLP scholarship track has a video interview with 2 faculty plus a 1-hour online aptitude test.

思考力とコミュニケーション能力： 複雑な問いに対して自分の考えを論理的に整理し、教授とのやり取りの中で明確に説明できるか。ICSは口頭試問でこの2点を確認すると明示している。
Leadership・Maturity・Interpersonal Skills： これまでの経験から、周囲を動かしたLeadershipだけでなく、経験に裏付けられた成熟度や、多様な相手と協働できる対人力を示せるか。
Global Perspective / Best of Two Worlds： 日本とアジア、世界をつなぐICSの環境を理解し、異なる文化・価値観・考え方を受け入れながら、自分なりのGlobalな視点を持っているか。
使命感と倫理観： 社会やビジネスの課題に対してどのような責任意識を持ち、高い倫理観をもってリーダーとして貢献しようとしているか。ICSは「sense of mission」と「high level of ethics」をAdmissions Policyで明示している。
Career goals and program fit: whether short- and long-term goals are specific and the reason for choosing ICS is clear in comparison with other schools
Cross-cultural and international experience: a track record of overcoming cultural complexity, and a view of an international career centered on the Japanese market
Leadership with an ethical dimension: whether you can demonstrate values-based judgment in specific situations under pressure
