非ブラインド形式。面接はアドミッションズ・コミッティのメンバーまたはトレーニングを受けたアラムナイが担当する。面接時間は45〜75分。オンラインまたは対面で実施される。一部の応募者はAssessment Dayにも招待され、オンラインまたはバルセロナ、ニューヨーク、サンパウロで実施されるグループケースディスカッション（約2.5〜3時間、Round 1〜3で実施）に参加する。Non-blind format. Conducted by an adcom member or a trained alumnus. The interviewer has read all of the application documents, essays, and video essays in advance. Online or in person (Barcelona, New York, or São Paulo campus). 45–75 min. Some applicants are also invited to an Assessment Day: a session (2.5–3 hours) discussing a case study in a group, held only for R1–R3.
倫理観と価値観に基づくリーダーシップ：困難な意思決定や利害対立の場面で、自身の価値観に基づいて行動した経験を具体的に説明できるか。Values and ethical leadership: demonstration of ethics and values through decisions that carried real costs.
ケースメソッドへの適性：授業で主体的に議論へ参加し、多様な意見を踏まえながら論理的に自分の考えを伝えられるか。Case-method readiness: willingness to speak up actively in every class, and the ability to structure logic under conversational pressure.
グローバルマインドセット：異文化環境での協働経験や国際的な視野を持ち、多様な価値観の中で成果を上げた経験があるか。Global mindset: concrete grounds for cross-cultural collaboration experience or an international career orientation.
自己認識と成長：失敗やフィードバックを通じて何を学び、どのように行動や考え方を変えてきたかを具体的に説明できるか。Self-awareness: specific reflection on failure, feedback, and behavioral change
