非ブラインド形式。2名のHECアラムナイが、それぞれ独立した45〜60分の個人面接を実施する。面接官は出願書類を事前に参照できるが、面接ではCVを中心に質問が進むケースが多い。各面接では、応募書類では伝えていない自分自身を表現できるテーマを応募者が自由に選び、約10分間のプレゼンテーションを行う。プレゼンテーション資料は事前に面接官へ送付する必要がある。面接はオンラインで実施され、世界各国のHECアラムナイが面接官としてアサインされる。面接招待はローリング方式で行われる。Individual interviews with two HEC alumni (separate sessions), 45–60 min each. Effectively CV-referenced (alumni can access all materials, but in many cases they closely read only the CV due to time constraints). In each session you give a 10-minute oral presentation on a topic of your choice. Rolling invitations.
