全応募者必須のVideo Assessmentを実施。5問で、各問30秒の準備時間と90秒の回答時間が与えられ、撮り直しは不可。質問は、自己紹介・Post-MBAのキャリアゴールに加え、適応力、異なる意見への対応、Inclusivity / Empathy、チームワーク、問題解決、失敗・自己認識などを問うBehavioral Questionsが中心となる。その後、希望者はMcCombs Ambassador Committeeの現役MBA学生との任意のオンライン面談を設定できる。The primary evaluation is a mandatory 5-question video assessment (30–90 seconds per question) submitted within 1–3 days after applying. The themes are adaptability, empathy, ambition, and personal interests. As a secondary step, an optional peer interview (20–30 min, resume-based) is conducted by a second-year student or alumnus, but the adcom is not involved.

Empathy / Inclusivity： 異なる意見やバックグラウンドを理解し、多様なメンバーを巻き込みながら協働した経験Human interest beyond the resume: specific episodes that connect hobbies, community, and personal motivations to behavioral insight in 60 seconds
Ambition・問題解決力： 高い目標に向けて自ら行動し、複雑な課題を整理して具体的な成果につなげた経験Career specificity and Plan B: prepare target companies, roles, and alternative plans by name (a vague industry name is insufficient)
自己認識・Well-Roundedness： 仕事以外の関心や経験、失敗・フィードバックなどを通じて、自分の価値観や人間性、成長を具体的に伝えられるかCommunity investment in the Longhorn Family: fit with McCombs's collaborative and warm culture, and willingness to contribute to the alumni network
