非ブラインド形式が中心。Foster MBAのAdmissions担当者による30分程度のオンライン個人面接で、Zoomで実施される。職歴やこれまでの経験、Why MBA / Why Foster、短期・長期のキャリアゴールを中心に、リーダーシップ、コミュニティへの貢献、困難への対応などを出願書類に沿って掘り下げる。Blind individual interview (50 min). A pre-recorded video is sent to all applicants 3–5 days after the application deadline (separately). The actual interview is conducted solely by the admissions committee and is fully blind. International applicants must apply by R2 (January 6).
