〈プロフィール〉
Tony Gomez, EdD is the Senior Associate Director of Master’s Admissions at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In this role, he oversees recruitment and admissions strategy for the full-time MBA program and works closely with prospective students worldwide on navigating the MBA journey and aligning career goals with program fit. Tony holds a doctoral degree in higher education, has extensive experience in selective university admissions, and is especially passionate about access, equity, and helping candidates tell authentic, compelling stories through the application process.
Oliver Hahl, PhD, MBA, is the Associate Dean for Master's Programs and an Associate Professor of Organization Theory, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at the Tepper School. Professor Hahl previously served as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs and the Director of International Relations at Tepper. He has taught Strategy and Innovation in BBA, MBA, MSBA, MSM, and Executive Education programs, drawing on economic, organizational, and sociological approaches. His research examines authenticity, status, and commitment in uncertain contexts, with applications across sports, health, private equity, art, luxury goods, and politics. Before academia, he worked for ABB, Ltd. in the US, Switzerland, and Brazil, and lived in Korea. He speaks Portuguese and Korean fluently.
