The Program
Diversity is a hallmark of the HEC MBA program. Over 85% of participants come from outside France, representing more than 40 nationalities. With an average age of 29, participants draw on around five years of professional experience in fields ranging from finance to publishing. Their academic backgrounds include engineering, business and economics.  The HEC MBA Program is designed to help participants develop and exercise their personal leadership vision. The program prioritizes personal and professional growth, and focuses on the analytical, critical and experiential skills that characterize effective leaders.

1）Core Phase
The program is dedicated to fostering cross-cultural understanding, group dynamics and professional ethics. The first eight months of the program-the Core Phase-offers participants a solid foundation in fundamental business subjects such as Finance, Strategy, Statistics, Marketing and Economics.

2）Personalized Phase
 During the second half of the program-the Personalized Phase-participants choose to specialize in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Strategy and select from among 80 electives. They receive in-depth training in decision making and interact directly with business leaders.   Participants may opt to participate in an international exchange or double-degree program with one of HEC's prestigious partner schools around the world.

3）Positive Management
 The HEC MBA's unique emphasis on 'positive management' equips participants to tackle the issues that are coming to define 21st century business: sustainability, corporate social responsibility and ethics.

4）Ranking
HEC Paris has been ranked #1 business school in Europe by the Financial Times for 4 consecutive years (2006-2009).   According to the 2010 Financial Times MBA rankings, the HEC MBA Program is ranked:
