非ブラインド形式。面接はAdmissions Boardのメンバーが担当する。面接官は、応募書類、エッセイ、推薦状を事前にすべて読み込んだうえで、応募者一人ひとりに合わせた質問を準備する。そのため質問内容は応募者ごとに大きく異なり、あらかじめ想定問答を準備して対応することが難しい、対話重視の面接である。面接時間は約30分。テンポの速い質疑応答が特徴で、30〜40問程度の質問が投げかけられることもある。面接にはオブザーバーが1名同席することが多く、面接官2名による形式（2対1）となる場合もある。キャンパスまたは指定都市での対面、もしくはオンラインで実施される。面接終了後24時間以内にはPost-Interview Reflection（300〜450語）の提出が必須であり、HBS独自の選考プロセスの一部として最終評価に用いられる。Non-blind format. Conducted by an adcom (MBA Admissions Board) member. The interviewer has closely read all of your application materials, essays, and recommendations in advance and prepares customized questions tailored to you personally. The interview is 30 min. In a rapid-fire Q&A format, it can reach 30–40 questions. In many cases one observer is present (it can become a 2-on-1). In-person (campus or a hub city) or Zoom. Submission of a "Post-Interview Reflection" (300–450 words) within 24 hours after the interview ends is mandatory. This is the final chapter of HBS's unique evaluation process.

コミュニティへの積極的な貢献姿勢：セクション活動やクラブ活動をはじめ、Harvardコミュニティに主体的に関わり、貢献しようとする姿勢があるか。Active participation in the community: An attitude of proactively engaging with section activities, clubs, and the Harvard ecosystem
出願書類との一貫性：エッセイや推薦状で示した内容と整合性のある受け答えができ、その内容をさらに深く説明できるか。Consistency with application materials: Can you deepen and keep consistent the content of your essays and recommendations during the interview?
