TBD（Team-Based Discussion）形式。5〜6名の応募者がZoom上に集まり、ビジネスや社会課題に関するケースについて35分間グループディスカッションを行う。各自が1分間の冒頭プレゼンテーションを行った後、参加者同士で自由に議論を展開する。ディスカッションにはアドミッションズ・コミッティのメンバーがオブザーバーとして参加し、議論の様子を評価する。
TBD終了後には、Admissions Fellowによる10〜15分程度の個別インタビューが実施される。個別インタビューはブラインド形式で行われ、面接官が事前に参照するのはレジュメのみである。TBD (Team-Based Discussion) format. 5–6 applicants gather on Zoom and discuss a business or social-impact case study as a group for 35 min. After a 1-minute opening presentation from each person, an organic discussion unfolds. An admissions committee member participates as an observer and scores it. After the TBD ends, a short individual interview (10–15 min, conducted by an Admissions Fellow) is held. Both are blind format (resume only).
チームディスカッションでの協働姿勢：他者の意見を傾聴し、多様な意見を統合しながら議論を前に進められるか。一人で目立とうとするのではなく、チーム全体の成果に貢献できるか。Collaborative behavior in team discussion: whether you can listen, integrate, and bridge, and whether you avoid resorting to individual performance
議論への付加価値：グループに新たな視点やアイデア、議論の枠組みを提供し、議論の質を高められるか。Generative contribution: whether you can add ideas or frameworks the group could not have produced
キャリアビジョンの具体性：「コンサルティング業界に進みたい」といった抽象的な説明ではなく、志望するファーム、職種、その理由まで具体的に説明できるか。Career clarity: whether you can answer with a specific firm, function, and reasons rather than just "I want to do consulting"
Whartonとの適合性：Lauder Instituteや各種センターなど、Whartonならではのリソースを理解し、自身の目標との結び付きを具体的に説明できるか。Wharton-specific fit: whether you can cite concrete resources such as the Lauder Institute and the various centers
オーセンティシティ（Authenticity）：チームディスカッションでも個別面接でも、作り込んだ受け答えではなく、自分らしさを自然に伝えられるか。Authenticity: whether, in both the team discussion and the interview, you show up as your natural self rather than a rehearsed performance
