ブラインド形式（面接官が事前に参照するのはレジュメのみ。エッセイや推薦状などは共有されない）。トレーニングを受けたアラムナイまたはアドミッションズスタッフが担当する。面接時間は45〜60分。オンラインまたは対面で実施されるが、キャンパスでの面接は実施されない。M7の中でも特に面接招待率が低く、出願者の約12〜15％が面接に招待されると推定されている。面接招待はローリング方式で行われ、招待後は通常10日以内に面接日程を調整する必要がある。Blind format (resume only; essays, recommendation letters, etc. are not referenced). Conducted by trained alumni or admissions staff. 45–60 min. Virtual or in-person on site (no campus interviews are held). Invitations are extended to about 12–15% of applicants (rolling), and scheduling must be arranged within 10 days of the invitation.

知的活力：他者が見過ごした問いを自ら設定し、その答えを探究し続ける知的好奇心と、アイデアに主体的に向き合ってきた実績があるか。Intellectual vitality: curiosity that raises questions others did not ask, and evidence of active engagement with ideas
役職や経験年数を超えたリーダーシップ：肩書や在籍期間に依存せず、自ら働きかけて具体的な変化を生み出した経験があるか。Leadership of disproportionate scale: concrete moments of creating change beyond your title or tenure (position-dependent leadership narratives are not acceptable)
社会的インパクトへの志向：自己利益や個人の成功を超え、より大きな社会的・組織的課題の解決に本気で取り組もうとする姿勢があるか。Collective-impact orientation: evidence of genuine passion for challenges beyond others' success or self-interest
