非ブラインド形式。2〜3名の面接官によるパネル面接が一般的で、Admissions担当者と教授・プログラム関係者などが担当する。面接時間は20〜30分程度で、オンラインまたは対面で実施される。Why MBA / Why Nanyang、キャリアゴール、職務経験などを出願書類に沿って掘り下げるほか、Nanyang MBAへの貢献やキャリアプランの実現可能性についても確認される。Panel interview (2–3 people: admissions, program manager, and in some cases the dean or faculty). About 20–30 min. Virtual or in-person.

Ability to resolve team conflict: concrete actions in resolving team dynamics, including overseas practicum scenarios
Singapore / NTU fit: specific programs such as overseas practicums and exchange study, and a regional career rationale
Technology and innovation orientation: affinity with and a track record in NTU's engineering-oriented business school culture
Self-awareness: concrete examples of failure, feedback, and behavioral change
