起業家精神と変革志向：起業・社内起業に限らず、自ら変化を生み出し、新たな価値を創出した具体的な経験を示せるか。Entrepreneurial spirit: concrete track record or plans for startups, intrapreneurship, or innovation.
異文化コミュニケーション力：多様な価値観や文化的背景を持つ相手と協働し、柔軟にコミュニケーションを図った経験を説明できるか。International adaptability: concrete experience of cross-cultural collaboration in a multinational cohort of over 80 countries.
発言力と即応力：グループワーク中心の学習環境を踏まえ、自分の考えを論理的に発信するとともに、想定外の質問やケース形式の問いにも柔軟に対応できるか。Concrete understanding of the IE program: connecting distinctive programs such as the venture lab, entrepreneurship hub, and flexible learning model to your career goals.
IEとの適合性：IEの起業家精神や実践的・国際的な教育環境を理解し、自身のキャリアビジョンとどのように結び付けるかを具体的に説明できるか。Self-awareness: specific reflection on failure, feedback, and behavioral change
