INSEAD
非ブラインド形式。面接は、応募書類を事前に確認した2名のアラムナイがそれぞれ担当し、個人面接を2回実施する。各面接は45〜90分。居住地近郊での対面またはオンラインで実施される。2名の面接官は、可能な限り異なる職業・業界背景となるよう選定されることが多い。Non-blind format. Alumni who have read the application documents conduct two individual interviews (in person near your place of residence or via Zoom). Before the interviews, an asynchronous video interview by Kira Talent (behavioral and motivation type, 45 sec preparation / 60 sec answer × 4 questions) is required. Each alumni interview is 45–90 min. The school selects the two alumni to each have a different professional background.
