ブラインド形式（面接官が事前に参照するのはレジュメと事前提出したQuoteのみ）。面接はトレーニングを受けた2年生、最近卒業した卒業生、またはアドミッションズ・コミッティのメンバーが担当する。面接時間は約30分。オンラインまたは対面で実施される。面接は構造化面接（Structured Interview）を採用しており、すべての応募者に同じ質問を同じ順番で実施する.面接招待はローリング方式で行われ、面接開始の48時間前までにQuote（引用フレーズ）を提出する必要がある。Blind format (resume + a pre-submitted quote phrase only). Conducted by a trained current student (second-year). The interviewer has not read any of the application materials. About 30 min. Mainly Zoom (in-person also possible). Rolling invitations. A quote phrase must be submitted in advance within 48 hours of the invitation.

Intellectual depth: Can the candidate engage deeply with ideas through discussion of a pre-submitted quote?
Resonance with the "business and society" integrated curriculum: Has the candidate understood and chosen Yale SOM's distinctive integrated education model?
