LL.M.

Seminars: selected as 1 of 15 members by academic performance, for two-year Civil Law Seminar (2016), and Corporate Law Seminar (2017)

Leading 5 member team to draft and review complaints, answers, interrogatories and motions; conducted and supervised discovery, including interviews with key witnesses in English and Japanese;established guidelines for document review (January 2023 to present)
Reviewed and confirmed client compliance with regulations; supervised redrafting of compliance guidelines for Sweedish client with a team of 3 junior paralegals (December 2022)
